Excellent Dr. she was soo enthusiast and awesome! Hygienist was a substitute that was fantastic, wish we could have her every time with the kids. Office staff was also happy and real. Love being around genuine people. **We do recommend to make the reminder text "(Elan Dental Group-Lake Lansing Rd)" if they are going to continue using the owners name for appointments-confusing.

In two separate occasion I had to cancel my appointments for emergencies. No one answered the phone and I left voicemails. At least a week before my appointment. So I wasn't able to cancel ahead of time and they easily sent a bill but are unable to pick up the phone. $50 for a cancellation fee that I tried cancelling multiple times

I am a fairly new patient for this dentistry, I just had two fillings Completed And everyone was wonderful. It was such a great experience. Dr. Bach did such a fantastic Job, and her dental hygienist sequoia also was very lovely very friendly and did a great job as well. Overall, a lovely dentistry. I’m so happy to be a part of it. I’m sure the other dentists do a great job, but Dr. Bach is easily my favorite:)

Stopping going there was one of the best decisions I made for both my dental and mental health. I ended up deleting my reviews because they threatened legal action if I kept them posted. I suppose that’s one way they keep their ratings high.

This Dental Place is A+. Very clean in all areas, nicely painted area. Staff are all quite friendly and helpful. It is a great working environment. Equipment is quite new and advanced. Everything makes uncomfortable dentist visit less uncomfortable. My dental hygienist is quite skilled, patient and friendly. The dentist is knowledgeable, friendly and willing to spend time with customers. Quite organized and I was seen very much on time. I highly recommend this place.
